Stir-fried Pork Slices with Rice White

Peel the water chestnut, wash and slice.

Wash and slice pork belly.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant. Add the meat slices and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the color changes, add garlic soy sauce to mix.

Add rice whites and stir fry.
6.
After sautéing the rice whites, add salt chicken essence and pepper to taste. Serve with chopped green onion on the plate and serve.
