Stir-fried Pork with Asparagus and Fungus

Pick and wash the asparagus, cut into pieces with a hob, and set aside.

The fried shredded pork, set aside.

Soak the fungus, wash and set aside.

Heat the pan with oil, and fry the chives and ginger.

Add the asparagus segments and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in shredded pork and stir-fry well.

Add fungus and stir well.

Season with oyster sauce.

Season with salt.

When it's delicious, you can pick it up and put it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Oyster sauce has saltiness, so add salt in moderation.
2. During the frying, you can sprinkle some hot water in an appropriate amount to avoid drying the pan.
