Big pepper is very rich in vitamin C, and it is really delicious and healthy when paired with beef.

Stir-fried Pork with Big Chili

1. Wash beef bell peppers.

2. Break the bell peppers and slice the beef.

3. Put a little light soy sauce in the beef and marinate with a little starch for five to ten minutes. (I'm afraid that the pan can be stuck without starch)

4. Cut green onions and set aside.

5. Fire and release the oil.

6. Stir-fry the beef first until it's ripe.

7. Add the green onion and peppercorns and stir fry a few times.

8. Put the bell peppers and continue to stir fry.

9. Pour in the soy sauce to enhance the color and flavor, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.

10. Plate.

Tips:

Beef starch is used to lock the water, and the beef will be more tender after frying, but if you love sticky pans, it is best to use non-stick pans.
