After eating the bamboo shoots and eating the hairy bamboo shoots, the hairy shoots are so big that they made 2 dishes, one shoots two, the tender shoots are sliced with black fungus and pork slices and fried together to make a light and delicious home-cooked dish.

Stir-fried Pork with Black Fungus and Bamboo Shoots

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the pork leg, slice it and put it in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, and let it stand for 20 minutes. The bamboo shoot tips are sliced and washed, and the black fungus is ready to be soaked.

3. Prepare ginger slices, garlic slices and chopped green onion

5. Heat the pan with warm oil, add the pork slices and pass the oil until the color changes and pick up

Tips:

When the bamboo shoots have a heavier astringency, wait until they are boiled before blanching.
