Stir-fried Pork with Broccoli

Wash the tenderloin and cut into slices about 3 mm. Mix the Knorr chicken powder and starch into the meat slices, and let them marinate for 10 minutes. This will make the meat slices lock more moisture and bring a fuller taste

Tear broccoli into small flowers, wash and set aside

Boil water in a pot, add broccoli to the pot, add a little salt and blanch for 1 minute to remove, drain the water and set aside

Tips:
1. When blanching broccoli, add a little salt and oil to make the vegetables brighter and greener. Subsequent shocking with cold water is also a trick to make the vegetables more crispy.
2. Adding Knorr chicken powder when marinating the meat can better lock the moisture in the meat without losing it, making the taste more full and tender, and tasteful.
