Stir-fried Pork with Carrots and Green Peppers

Meat slices with salt, freshly soaked, starch, oil, stir for a good taste

Wash and slice green peppers and carrots.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the ginger shreds and sauté fragrant, put down the pork slices and fry.

When the meat slices turn color, add cooking wine and carrot slices and stir fry.
5.
When the carrot turns color, put down the green pepper and stir fry.
6.
When the green pepper turns color, add salt and pepper.
Tips:
Cut slices of meat and carrots thinly to make them easy to cook.
