Stir-fried Pork with Chives

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Slice pork belly, remove the head of leek flowers, and cut into sections

3. Stir the pork belly first

4. Stir out the oil, add soy sauce and vinegar to taste

5. Stir fry with chives

6. Stir-fry on high heat until fragrant, add a small amount of salt and fry for a few times before serving.
