Stir-fried Pork with Colorful

Wash carrots, peeled and shredded

Shred the dried tea and soak it in boiling water (to remove the bean flavor).

Wash the onion and celery and shred them. (Don't remove the celery leaves, good stuff)

Wash the Xiuzhen mushrooms and tear them into silk by hand.

Wash the green onions, ginger, and garlic and chop finely.

Heat the oil pan, add ginger and garlic to saute, add the shredded pork to high heat and stir-fry, add cooking wine, add salt, and stir-fry with sugar quickly, and the shredded pork will turn color and serve.

Heat oil, add carrot shreds and stir fry

Add onions, Xiuzhen mushrooms, dried tea, and stir-fry quickly. (If it is too dry, spray some water and stir-fry)

When the above vegetables turn color, add the fried shredded pork and stir well.

Finally, add celery, add some salt, chopped green onion, chicken bouillon, and stir-fry well.
