Stir-fried Pork with Cowpeas

Clean the cowpea and cut into sections.

On high fire, put a little salt and cowpea in the water, cover the pot, turn off the heat when the water is boiled.

When cooking cowpea, peel and slice carrots, meat and garlic. Take out the cowpeas and cool them with cold water. Drain and serve.
