Stir-fried Pork with Dandelion

1. Ingredients: washed pork and semi-dried dandelion.

2. Wash and slice pork belly.

3. Wash semi-dried dandelion and cut into sections.

4. Shred ginger, mince garlic and set aside.

5. Heat the pan and pour the oil, add the meat slices, shredded ginger and garlic.

6. Stir fry together until the meat shrinks and changes color.

7. Pour in a little Kimlan soy sauce and stir well.

8. Pour in the dandelions and stir fry for about 1 minute.

9. Add half a spoon of salt in turn.

10. Add a little vegetable essence and stir well.

Tips:

1. Because it is semi-dry, there is still a little water; if it is very dry, it is recommended to soak for a while, or add a little water when frying, so as not to dry the vegetables.

2. You can use light soy sauce instead of Jinlan soy sauce.
