Stir-fried Pork with Double-ear Cauliflower

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Soak the black fungus 1 hour in advance.

Blanch the cauliflower for 1 minute, then remove and drain the water for later use.

Wash and slice the lean meat; slice carrots and asparagus; wash the black fungus with appropriate starch; tear the white fungus into small pieces.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.
