Stir-fried Pork with Double Peppers

Cut the lean meat into thin slices.

Put it in a bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, and peanut oil and marinate for ten minutes.

Remove the seeds and cut the small green peppers and small red peppers into small pieces.

Cut millet into slices, slice ginger, and slice garlic.

Tips:
1. After the lean meat is sliced, add the ingredients and marinate for ten minutes. You need to add cornstarch and peanut oil so that the fried meat is smooth and tender.
