Stir-fried Pork with Dried Capers

Prepare ingredients: red peppers, green peppers, dried capers, pork filling, garlic cloves

Peel the garlic cloves and crack them with the back of a knife. Cut the chili into small pieces and set aside

Put the oil in the wok and heat until slightly hot. Pour the meat into the pan and quickly disperse

Stir fry quickly until it changes color

Add garlic cloves and chili and stir fry for a minute

Add salt to taste

Pour in soy sauce

Stir well

Pour in dried capers

Stir-fry for about a minute, then add chicken essence and stir well to get out of the pot
Tips:
1. Don't fry the peppers too well,
2. Fresh chili can be replaced with dried chili
3. If you think the tamarind is too dry, you can spray a tablespoon of water and stir well before taking it out of the pan.
