Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Sprouts

Prepare the garlic sprouts and wash the pork belly.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and marinate lightly with light soy sauce and peanut oil.

Pick up the frying pan, sauté the dried chilies, stir-fry the pork belly into the pan, and let it out of oil.

Stir-fry the pork belly until the surface is slightly yellow and ready for use.

Stir-fry the pork belly in the pot and save the oil, then put the garlic sprouts into the pot and fry until fragrant.

Put the pork belly back into the pot and stir-fry evenly, add the cooking wine along the side of the pot, and fry until the garlic sprouts are broken.

Just add salt and sugar to taste before cooking.
