Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper and Cowpea

Wash the green peppers and green onion, cut into cubes and set aside

Stir the minced meat well and set aside
3.
Add oil in the hot pan, stir-fry the meat after the oil is hot

Add some salt to the right amount, then set the pot to use
5.
Pour the green pepper and green onion into the pot and stir fry
6.
Add the cowpea and stir fry
7.
Stir-fry for a while before adding the frothed meat
8.
Mix all the ingredients
9.
Turn off the heat and start the pan after cooking
10.
It's ready to eat
