Stir-fried Pork with Green Pepper and Potato

Prepare a large potato, four or two lean pork meat, and one green pepper. Salt, cornstarch, and braised sauce are appropriate.

Cut the lean pork into thin slices, then cut into thin strips, add a little salt and cooking oil, and marinate with an appropriate amount of braised sauce for preparation.

Peel the potatoes, clean them, cut them into thin slices, and then cut into filaments. Wash both sides with clean water, then add clean water to soak for use. Remove the stems and seeds of the green pepper, and cut into thin filaments.

Add oil to the pot and heat it to 70% hot, add the shredded pork temporarily mixed with starch, stir-fry quickly, and shovel it for later use.

Heat the remaining base oil of the fried shredded pork, add the shredded potatoes and stir fry until the potatoes are almost translucent

Add shredded green pepper, fry until shredded potatoes become transparent, season with a little salt.

Add the shredded pork, stir fry evenly, and transfer out to a plate.
