The farmer's fried pork at Xiang Restaurant is a classic dish. The difference between the farmer's fried pork and ordinary fried pork is that the meat is pork belly and the pepper is Hunan pepper. My bowl of fried pork uses premium pork belly, which is mostly lean. The peppers are fried with a mixture of Hunan peppers and local peppers, so this dish is a modified version of farmer’s fried pork according to my ideas (* ^__^*)"
