Stir-fried Pork with Jackfruit

Soak the jackfruit pulp in light salt water.

Core and cut jackfruit into slices.
3.
Cut the tenderloin into slices and add salt starch to sizing.

Pour oil into the pot and sauté the minced ginger.

Add the meat slices. Stir fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the meat slices change color, then cook into the cooking wine, add light soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Add the jackfruit slices.

Stir it quickly and evenly.
Tips:
The second dish is a light and refreshing dish that is not too salty. Soy sauce should be added less, just to improve the flavor.
