Stir-fried Pork with Mushrooms

1. Prepare ingredients: soak dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, tear them into small pieces, cut pork into thick strips, mix well with a little soy sauce and starch

2. Put the oil in the hot pan and add the pork

3. Stir-fry until the color changes, then add the onion and garlic to burst the fragrance

4. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry for a while

5. Add in June fresh soy sauce and stir fry a few times

6. Add celery and stir fry a few times

7. Add carrot slices and stir fry a few times

8. Add a pinch of salt and stir well

9. A delicious and nutritious homemade dish

Tips:

The pork is mixed with a little soy sauce and starch, and the fried meat is more delicious and tender
