Stir-fried Pork with Parsley

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, add the lean pork slices and stir fry.

After the lean meat changes color, add a spoonful of minced garlic and stir well.

Set the sauteed lean meat aside, add hot pepper and stir fry.
4.
Pour in parsley and stir fry.
5.
After frying for two or three minutes, add salt.
6.
Pour the light soy sauce, stir-fry the seasoning and turn off the heat.
7.
Stir-fried meat with parsley.
