Stir-fried Pork with Spring Bamboo Shoots

Prepare food

Wash the pork leg and slice it, stir with salt, cooking wine, ginger and starch to taste.

Wash and slice spring bamboo shoots, wash and slice carrots

Heat oil in the pan, put down the spring bamboo shoots, and stir-fry the carrots for 2 minutes.

Tips:
1. Both spring bamboo shoots and carrots must be stir-fried with oil to make them delicious.
