Stir-fried Pork with String Beans

Wash and break the green beans into sections, and steam them in a steamer until they are 80% cooked.

Heat a little oil in a wok, add the pork belly and stir-fry.

Stir the pork belly until browned, pour a part of the oil, add the ginger and sauté until fragrant.
4.
Pour in the steamed string beans and stir fry.
5.
Add some salt.
6.
Top with light soy sauce and stir-fry, turn off the heat.
