Stir-fried Pork with Sweet Beans

Tear off the old tendons on both sides of the sweet beans and wash them again.

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add some salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch to marinate for ten minutes.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and blanch the sweet beans first.

Pass the cold water again, pick up and drain; wash the garlic and cut into sections for later use.

Add oil to the hot pan, add the garlic roots and saute until fragrant.

Add the meat slices and stir fry over high heat.

Add the remaining garlic leaves and stir fry.

Then add the sweet beans, stir fry for tens of seconds, add a small amount of water and simmer for about half a minute.

Finally, add some salt and soy sauce to taste.
Tips:
1. Choose tender sweet beans when buying.
2. The sweet beans are blanched first, then cold water, so that the fried sweet beans are still crisp and green.
