Stir-fried Pork with Tea Tree Mushroom

Prepare the required raw materials and ingredients, tea tree mushroom, pork belly, ginger and garlic, light soy sauce, and salt.

Wash the tea tree mushrooms and drain the water, slice the pork belly, and cut the ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan, put the pork belly in a low heat and slowly fry until fragrant.

Tips:
The tempeh is salty, so put less salt.
Fresh tea tree mushrooms are easy to cook, so you don’t need to fry them for too long.
