Stir-fried Pork with Tender Pumpkin Shreds

Shred the lean meat, add ginger, salt and potato flour and mix well.

Cut garlic into slices and ginger into shreds.

After the oil is hot, add garlic slices and shredded ginger and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add the shredded pork and stir fry to make the meat fragrant.

Add the shredded pumpkin and stir fry.

Stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste when the tender pumpkin is cooked.
