I usually make small fried pork, but today’s is slightly different. That day, I saw my friend Hu Jie specially introduced the wrinkled pepper in the recipe, saying that my son ordered it by hand.
It's strange to think about it. Ye Zi likes spicy food, but he has never bought this chili. When I was shopping at the market that day, I saw several people picking something around. I saw that it was the wrinkled pepper, so I joined the fun and bought it home.
I just bought Chaoshan fish cakes (fish cakes) on hand, so I cut a little and added them. If in normal times, I also add pepper and dried chili. However, these days, parents-in-law and mother-in-law come to live in their hometowns. They don't like spicy food, so they didn't add prickly ash, chili, and even the bean paste.
The wrinkled pepper does not have a special taste as I originally imagined, but it is also not bad, especially with rice.
