Stir-fried Potato Chips [super Simple Fast Hand Dish]
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips, and cut them slightly thicker. (Because you have to blanch the water later and stir-fry, it is too thin and easy to break)
2.
Boil the potato chips in a saucepan until 70% familiar, then use a colander to remove the water. Chop chopped green onion and set aside.
3.
Put 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a pan, pour in potato strips and stir-fry until cooked, add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
4.
The fried potato chips are ready to be eaten with a small handful of green onions sprinkle on them.
5.

Tips:
The potato chips are blanched in the pot until they are about 7 mature, so that they are easier to cook and eat healthier.
