Stir-fried Potato Shreds with Bacon
1.
Prepare 3 kinds of ingredients, wash and cut.
2.
First cut the bacon and soak in water for 10 minutes, because the bacon is saltier! Soak potatoes in water for 5 minutes! Chop the coriander and set aside.
3.
Heat the pot and add the bacon! Be careful not to put oil, because the bacon is soaked in water and contains moisture, and it is dried over a slow heat.
4.
Stir-fry for a few minutes, the oil is out.
5.
Add potato shreds and fry slowly, using potato shreds to absorb oil as much as possible.
6.
Stir-fry for about 3 minutes. The potato shreds have changed color. Add 50 grams of water and stir-fry evenly! Close the lid.
7.
Open the lid and smell the potatoes and bacon! Add the coriander and stir fry, because the coriander has moisture, it will bring out the aroma after stir-frying.
8.
Add a little soy sauce! Stir fry a few times and you can get it out of the pot.
9.
Because bacon is saltier, you don't need to add salt when cooking! Add some light soy sauce just before serving to bring out the aroma of beans! Hope you like it.
Tips:
Each kind of bacon has a different taste. Soak it in water first, otherwise it will feel salty to bitter! The submerged meat is too salty!
