Stir-fried Potato Shreds with Leeks

Peeling yellow potatoes

Cut leek into sections

Slice the potatoes first
4.
Cut potato shreds

Soak it in cold water. Remove the starch so that the fried potato shreds will not stick

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry potato shreds
7.
Add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of vinegar, and stir fry
8.
Potato shreds, if you add a little water to the pan during frying, stir fry to change the color, add leeks and stir fry to get out of the pan.
Tips:
Don't fry the leeks for too long after you put them in. Keep the fresh taste of the leeks and stir-fry them out.
