Stir-fried Potato Vermicelli with Black Fungus and Cabbage

Ingredients: potato vermicelli, cabbage (torn and cleaned), black fungus (soaked and cleaned), garlic (smashed)

Unpack the potato vermicelli, put it in a large bowl and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the garlic sauce in the saucepan.

Next, add the cabbage and black fungus and stir fry until the cabbage is broken.

Then, add the soaked potato vermicelli and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Stir-fry well and serve.
