Stir-fried Potatoes with Pork Belly in Soy Sauce

Ingredients: potatoes (washed, peeled and sliced), cooked pork belly (sliced), chives, tempeh

Put the cut potatoes in a pot of clean water, blanch until cooked, and remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut cooked pork belly and blanched potatoes and stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of tempeh.

Add appropriate amount of bamboo salt.

Season and stir well.

Then, put the chives and serve.
