Stir-fried Potatoes with Three Shreds

Wash the green peppers after removing the seeds, peel the potatoes and wash them, prepare dried tofu and pork shreds

Separately cut the green pepper and dried tofu into even shreds, shred the potatoes, rinse with running water and soak in clean water, add 1 gram of salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch to the shredded pork and marinate for 15 minutes

Warm oil in a pan, pour in the pork shreds and stir-fry until the color changes and pick up

Leave the oil in the pot, pour shreds of green pepper, shredded potatoes, and dried tofu together, stir fry until it is fragrant, add salt and stir-fry well

Put the pork shreds back into the pot

After stir-frying evenly, add fresh soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and bring out the pan

Tips:
1. Cut the potato shreds and rinse them with running water. If they are not fried right away, soak them in clean water to avoid discoloration.
2. The taste of each family is different, so the amount of salt can be adjusted by yourself
3. For this dish, I like to add fresh soy sauce to taste more fresh, you can leave it out if you don’t like it
