Stir-fried Potatoes with Tomatoes

Prepare materials

Potato slices, tomato cubes, green onion and ginger chopped

Wash the pot and heat it, pour in some oil, add green onion and ginger and saute

Add the tomatoes and stir fry until the juice comes out

Add the potatoes and stir fry until the color changes

Pour in half a bowl of water, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes
