Stir-fried Pumpkin
1.
Peel off the outer skin of the green pumpkin, remove the sacs and seeds, and wash them. The pumpkin I bought this time is relatively large, two catties, so eating half of it at a time is enough.
2.
The washed pumpkin is first cut into strips, and then cut into small pieces of the same size and thickness, so that when they are burned, they will not be a little bit ripe, and some will not be ripe.
3.
Pour the right amount of oil into the pan, add the pumpkin into small pieces and stir fry.
4.
After stir-frying, add the water without the pumpkin.
5.
When the water is almost half dried, add some salt to taste.
6.
The pumpkin is soft and smooth under the spatula. When the water is almost completely dry, it can be turned off and served.
7.
It is nutritious and easy to prepare, and you can eat the soft and delicious stir-fried pumpkin.
Tips:
:1. Choose green pumpkins for fried pumpkins, which contain less sugar than old pumpkins.
2. The pumpkin water on the noodles will dry up quickly and it is easy to stick to the bottom. Pay more attention during the frying process.
