Stir-fried Pumpkin Vine with Beef Sauce

Prepare the ingredients;

Remove the beard and skin of the pumpkin vine, leaving the stem and tender leaves;

Tips:
1. Because pumpkin vines are very oil-absorbing, the amount of oil is a little bit more than usual for cooking;
2. The beef sauce itself has saltiness, so don't put too much salt when frying the pumpkin vine;
3. If you like spicy food, you can add some red peppers. My family doesn't eat spicy food, so I didn't put them.
