Stir-fried Pumpkin Vine with Garlic

Pumpkin vines choose to remove the old stem, tear off the outer hairy skin.

Rinse the selected pumpkin vines in water and dry them for later use.

Peel and chop garlic, and cut chili into small circles.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and chili to fragrant.

Add the pumpkin vine and stir fry for a while. (You can add a small amount of clear soup and stir fry)

Add a small amount of salt and chicken essence and stir fry.

Add a small amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
When frying pumpkin vines, add a small amount of clear broth and stir fry to avoid frying. Add the amount of chili according to personal taste.
