Stir-fried "dry Stir-fried Mushrooms"

Blend the bowl of juice; put oyster sauce and soy sauce in the bowl first.

Add monosodium glutamate, sugar and rice wine and stir well for later use.

Heat up a frying spoon, add some cooking oil, and stir-fry the mushrooms.

Stir-fry the mushrooms until slightly yellow, sprinkle a little black pepper and continue to stir-fry.
