Stir-fried Rabbit Legs with Crispy Spicy Ziwo Tou

Prepare materials.

Clean the rabbit legs and cut into pieces.

Tips:
1 The double frying method can quickly ensure that the outside is crispy. If you keep frying, too much moisture will be lost.
2 This time frying rabbit legs, instead of the usual full frying, half frying and half frying are used. Firstly, it saves oil and secondly, it will be fried quickly.
