Stir-fried Radish with Sausage

Ingredients: radish, sausage, garlic (washed and cut into sections)

Wash the radishes.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the sausage on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the sliced radishes and sausages and stir fry.

Next, add some water to boil, cook until the radishes are cut and tender.

Then, add the cut garlic and stir fry until the garlic is broken.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Add the right amount of sugar.
10.
Add the right amount of salt.
11.
Add the right amount of chicken essence.
12.
Saute and stir well, serve.
13.
Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
