Stir-fried Radish Yam

Cut off the roots of the radish sprouts and wash them.

Put the right amount of water in the pot, add some salt and oil to boil, add the radish yam and boil.

After removing it, put it in cold water to cool down.
4.
Squeeze out the water vigorously.
5.
Cut into small pieces.
6.
In a frying pan, saute the garlic slices and dried chilies.
7.
Add the radish and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add some salt, light soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil and stir well.
9.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
The nature of radish tassels is rather cool. Don’t eat too much for those with yin and cold constitution, spleen and stomach deficiency, etc.
