Stir-fried Rape with Mushrooms

Pick the shiitake mushrooms and rapeseed and wash them.

Boil the rapeseed in boiling water, remove and drain the water, and put it on a plate. Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Place the green onion, ginger, and garlic in a pot until fragrant, add the rapeseed and stir-fry, change the high heat to add a little salt, the monosodium glutamate rapeseed is cut off and served.

Place the hot oil in a pot and put the mushrooms in a low heat and stir-fry slowly. Fry for a while until fragrant. Add a little light soy sauce, a little salt and MSG in the dark soy sauce.
