Stir-fried Rape with Sausage

Pick and wash the rapeseed, and prepare the sausage.

Cut the sausage into slightly thicker slices.
3.
Cut the rape stem into sections.

Add a little oil to the pot, and the sausages are fried in the pot and served.

Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, then stir-fry the rapeseed.

Stir-fry with salt.

Saute the sausages in the pan.

Stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
1. This dish has the taste of sausage and the fragrance of rape. It is not advisable to add a variety of condiments.
2. It is better to use rape stalks for cooking. The leaves can be reserved for other uses.
