Stir-fried Razor Clams

Buy the razor clams, soak them in water for about an hour, and spit sand.

Wash, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, pour the razor clams, turn on high heat, and boil the water.

Remove the razor clams after opening, rinse and drain. Wash the ingredients, slice the ginger, slice the garlic, remove the seeds and cut the green and red pepper, remove the outer skin of the onion and slice it, and cut the dried pepper into sections.

Pour oil in a clean, water-free pot, warm up, add ingredients and sauté.

Stir the ingredients for a while, pour in the processed razor clams. Start to stir fry. About a minute.

Tips:
