Stir-fried Red Amaranth

1. Ingredients: red amaranth (cleaned), fragrant dried, minced garlic

2. Put the dried incense on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

3. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the minced garlic to the saucepan.

4. Next, stir-fry the washed red amaranth.

5. Then, add in the sliced dried fragrant and stir fry.

6. Finally, add the right amount of salt.
