Stir-fried Red Amaranth with Garlic
1.
The young leaves of amaranth are selected to remove the stems. (The amaranth I bought this time is very thick, I only took tender fry, and the stem was used to fry the meat)
2.
Put the amaranth in water and wash it well, and then dry it for later use.
3.
Peel the garlic and cut into garlic cubes, and cut the pepper into sections for later use.
4.
Heat the wok, pour in cooking oil and heat, add chili and garlic and fry them to create a fragrance.
5.
Add the amaranth and stir fry.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of salt and a little MSG and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. It is not advisable to cook amaranth for too long; it is also not advisable to eat too much at one time, otherwise it will easily cause dermatitis;
2. Also note that amaranth cannot eat with soft-shelled turtle and turtle meat.
