Stir-fried Red Cabbage Heart

Prepare a handful of choy sum.
2.
Remove the yellow leaves from the cabbage and remove the old stems.
3.
Cut some garlic slices.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Add choy sum.
6.
Stir fry on fire.
7.
Season with salt and chicken essence and stir well.
8.
Plate.
Tips:
1. When washing the choy sum, add some salt to soak it to remove pesticides and insects.
2. Stir fry over high heat, add some garlic and stir fry to taste better.
