Stir-fried Red Cabbage Moss with Bacon

Cut red cabbage moss into small sections by hand and wash.

Cut garlic and bacon well and set aside.
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add bacon and fry until transparent.
4.
Add garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.
5.
Pour in the vegetable moss and fry until broken.
6.
Season with appropriate amount of salt.
7.
Add pepper and stir-fry well before serving.
