Stir-fried Rice Cake with Broccoli Peduncle

Wash the rice cakes and slice; shell the spring bamboo shoots, wash, and cut short; wash the broccoli stalks and slice them. Put oil in the pot and stir fry with broccoli stalks.

Add spring bamboo shoots and stir fry together.

Pour in the rice cake slices, add some salt, and fry together until cooked.
