Stir-fried Rice Cake with Chicken Gizzards and Cabbage

Ingredients: rice cake slices, chicken gizzards (washed and cooked), cabbage (washed)

Place the blanched chicken gizzards on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

Put the pan on the fire, pour oil and heat, add the cleaned cabbage and stir fry.

Then, combine the rice cake slices and the cut chicken gizzards, and add an appropriate amount of water.
