Stir-fried Rice Cake with Fruit and Vegetable

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the rice cake into slices; blanch it in boiling water for a while and drain the water.

Wash and slice apples, pumpkins, red peppers, and celery separately.

Heat oil in a pan, add celery and pumpkin and stir fry.

Pour in the rice cake; add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, and stir well.
